How to Register for your Upcoming Brigade:

- Fill out our Travel Application.
- Read the Visitor Policies.
- Read and electronically sign the Waiver of Liability.
- Pay your Brigade Fee no less than 30 days before your brigade.
- Review the Unofficial Honduras Packing List and pack any other needed supplies.
- If you are bringing any supplies or equipment on behalf of your group, talk to your brigade leader about the newly enforced ARSA restrictions as our previous ‘customs letters’ are no longer valid
- Review the Brigade-Camasca Volunteer Handbook for more information about your brigade!
Please note, no one will be permitted to travel with Shoulder to Shoulder without completing all the steps above.
How to Register a Brigade GROUP:

- Brigade Leaders contact Laura Manship at laura@shouldertoshoulder.org to begin the planning process.
- Laura and the Brigade Team in Honduras will determine the needs of your brigade *optimal clinic location *on-site costs *scheduling and *other details.
- Once your dates are secured, Laura will confirm by adding your group to the Brigade Calendar.

- Review and be familiar with Shoulder to Shoulder’s Evacuation Plan.
- If you plan on bringing in medicines, please read the NEW Medications & ARSA Brigade Process
- Discuss with StS staff your desired approach 2 months ahead of travel
- submit your Medication Order form StS (updated May 2023) one month prior to your brigade
- begin ARSA process and complete required documentation at least 3 weeks prior to your brigade
- Direct your brigade participants to this page to register for your Brigade as soon as possible!
